Custom Slide-out Trays

Are you looking for the convenience of a Shuksan slide-out tray but one of our standard sizes don't maximize the space in your adventure rig? No problem, Shuksan Vans is here to help. We have built many custom sizes over the years and are ready to help build yours.  

What's involved? You will need to determine the outside envelope of the space available and share that with us. We will provide you with the total cost including delivery to your US address. After payment is received, your custom tray will be put into our production schedule where you can expect your tray to be delivered 4-6 weeks. The max outside dimensions are 40x60 inches due to UPS shipping restraints.

We have built small custom trays for fridge slide-outs to large single tray units that hold 7 bikes. Depending on the size of the custom tray, the range is $900-$2500.
